A respected and successful senior leader with a leadership style that is about coming together as a team to get the job done. I achieve this by providing clarity: being clear about the journey people are on; bringing people on board, sharing power, and seeking the views and opinions of others before acting. I recognise the power of collective engagement and collaboration, but know when to lead, act and make decisions. I am ultimately decisive and take responsibility.
lI believe in humanism and have an empathetic gene within my DNA, but I don’t allow it to get in the way of making decisions. That empathy has allowed me to build strong and enjoyable relationships with people across many cultures.
I have demonstrated over the years that I possess an alchemy that has allowed me to create something good from very little for the benefit of the teams I led and the organisations stakeholders.
